WAY TO PAY
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
There are two payment methods and the currency is $ American Dollars.
- PAYPAL: For your security and ours, we do not accept direct credit cards, these payments are made online for the purchase on our website or we can also send a payment request once the sale is completed. If you do not have a PayPal account, you must create your account by registering your credit or debit card.

- WESTERN UNION: It is only for countries that have this service and do not wish to use their PayPal account. The information for the transfer is sent once the order is registered on our website, or the sale is completed by email, fan page or WhatsApp.
NATIONAL PAYMENTS

SHIPPING
COURIER: POSTAL MAIL, IN OUR COUNTRY SERPOST.

- We ship from Lima-Peru through the post office, priority service and a signature is required to receive the order.
- We ship to any part of the world where the post office allows us, if you do not see your country in the purchase options, please let us know.
- All items shipped have insurance in case of loss.
- Shipping is made within a maximum period of 5 business days, after confirming payment.
- We combine shipping items that fit in one box, with a minimal additional freight surcharge.
- As soon as we have delivered your order to the post office, you will be notified by email of the tracking number.
- It is your responsibility to correctly enter the address information; If the payment is made by PayPal, the address indicated in PayPal will be used.
- Arrival time varies by location within 20 to 40 days.
- For National shipments we use the services of Shalom Courier and Empresa Flores Hermanos, as appropriate.
PAYMENT OF TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
- For shipments to the United States, as per an agreement between the US and Peruvian postal services, duties are payable upon delivery in Peru. Therefore, we charge 11.7% (10% for the duty and 1.70% for the postal service’s processing fees), which will be reflected at checkout. This does not include any taxes you may have to pay depending on your state of residence.

For all other countries, duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the item
price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer’s responsibility.
- Do not in any way ask us to modify the invoice, we will invoice for the amount transferred.
- Please check with your country’s postal service or customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
- It is not within our control how quickly the item will clear customs inspections.
RETURN, CLAIMS AND REFUND
All our products leave our warehouse in good condition, it is important that you check your package as soon as you receive it, to verify all the pieces that make up the kit and possible shipping damage.
- If you have any problem with your shipment or item, let us know by message within 48 hours to our email motoandessac@gmail.com, for this it is necessary that you send us images.
- Customer must pay for return shipping.
- The buyer may cancel an order with the seller’s acceptance and will charge a fee of eight percent (8%) of the amount paid.
- All shipments once delivered to the carrier, we cannot change, intercept or cancel.
- All our products come with a warranty.
- We sell a semi-finished product, it has a white polyurethane base application and is not perforated; It is your responsibility to sand, drill and paint the parts.
- Before painting, we recommend fitting it to your motorcycle; preferably, the installation should be carried out by an experienced technician.
- The images that we show in our publications are for reference, but they show exactly what the piece you will receive is, with the exception that no piece is sent perforated.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The buyer acknowledges that for any claim in respect of the products, the compensation amount will not exceed the amount paid for the products according to the invoice.
- Such limitations on Seller’s liability hereunder shall apply even if Seller’s liability is due in whole or in part to Seller’s own negligence.
